Der in Rom geborene Pianist Rodolfo Focarelli studierte an der Musikhochschule Lübeck sowie an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München u. a. bei Konrad Elser, Gerold Huber und Christian Gerhaher. Er ist 1. Bundespreisträger Jugend musiziert, Finalist und Sonderpreisträger des Bolko-von-Hochberg-Wettbewerbs 2024 und trat als Solist mit dem National Ukraine Radio Orchestra auf. Rodolfo ist Korrepetitor des Münchner Konzertchors und arbeitet zudem mit Chor des bayerischen Rundfunks zusammen. Als Ballettpianist arbeitet er fest mit dem Bayerischen Junior Ballett und gastiert bei dem Bayerischen Staatsballett.

The Rome-born pianist Rodolfo Focarelli studied at the Lübeck University of Music and the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, working with Konrad Elser, Gerold Huber, and Christian Gerhaher. He is a first-prize winner of Jugend musiziert, a finalist and special prize recipient at the 2024 Bolko-von-Hochberg Competition, and has performed as a soloist with the National Ukraine Radio Orchestra. Rodolfo is a répétiteur with the Munich Concert Choir and also collaborates with the Bavarian Radio Chorus. As a ballet pianist he works permanently for the Bayerisches Junior Ballett and as a guest with the Bayerischen Staatsballett.
